Designed for YTL’s Critical Talent Programme (CTP), this experiential leadership challenge combined teamwork, strategic thinking, and problem-solving through a series of task-based missions and competitive team activities. Participants navigated real-time challenges while developing leadership capabilities in a dynamic environment.
